COMMISSIONING
Besides satisfying contract obligations for the contractor, EBL’s commissioning documentation is one element in the timely release of funds. Our documentation helps the construction team complete the project on time and within budget helping to prevent costly call-backs.
EBL’s staff of professional engineers and construction administrators perform commissioning and acceptance testing of systems for contractors, owners and even on behalf of local authorities having jurisdiction.
Our third-party inspection and testing services have been accepted by code officials throughout the Washington DC, Baltimore, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, Wilmington, and other areas.
EBL Engineers depth of services includes everything from simple visual inspections of mechanical, plumbing, structural, and fire protection systems to witnessing the performance of systems at initial time of acceptance, after renovation, or on a scheduled basis to comply with applicable mechanical and fire prevention codes and standards.
The commissioning process performed by EBL helps the construction team assure that systems have been designed and installed properly and in accordance with the design documents to perform the job intended.
