STUDIES AND SURVEYS

Studies and surveys performed by the EBL Code Consulting Group are tailored to the specific needs of each client. The reports range from Fire Protection Engineering Design Evaluation Reports (for Prince George’s County, Maryland) to reports on existing systems (condition, ability to perform an expected function, life cycle costs, etc.) to long-range planning.

Other study topics also include failure analysis, forensic investigations, and code compliance alternatives.    We regularly compile due diligence surveys for commercial real estate transaction.
